"The fire alarms went off for about 5 minutes and we headed for the stairs before it stopped. The stairway door did not shut when the alarm went off. Staff said that it was a technical problem with the alarm."

"Stayed here for one night, although the room sits purpose, service and cleanliness of the room were a bit of a concern. When I called down, asking for extra bath towels to be brought to the room, I was told that I could come get them at the front desk….. once I got to the desk and was given the clean towels I was then told to please bring down the dirty towels whenever I had a chance… just found this to be a bit odd The bathroom showed obvious signs of wear and tear and the faucet in the bathtub had a constant leak."

"HORRIBLE they need to clean the rooms better or get pest control, I was only staying overnight and killed around 6 bugs in less than 1 hour including cockroaches and a worm? It happened at around 10 at night before going to sleep. This is unacceptable for the price and what they advertised, the lady moved us into another room that smelled like cigarettes and bad odor with the TV on and then finally to a clean one but I don’t recommend staying here until they get pest control or someone to clean their rooms"

"The location is great, right off 295 and close to grocery stores and restaurants (although would not recommend going to the Golden corral right in front of it). The beds were the best part, really cozy, pillows were perfect, blankets were soft and fluffy. The kitchenette was small but worked great for me. I had an issue with my room and they changed me with no problems, and everybody was very kind. My only problem was the bugs, if they are able to get that under better control, this would be absolutely a fantastic place to stay. It's still really good if you get a room that has been treated recently, but the bugs are definitely the only downside I had. Well, that and no breakfast. But breakfast isn't a deal breaker for me. Tons of food options nearby and they have a little shop in the hotel. Internet was also really good, I was able to game online without problems. Miss Alaina at the front desk was super awesome and has a warm smile and help every time I came by."
