Quality Inn Orange Park Jacksonville

"Woman at the front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Room was clean but restroom was NOT there was a ring around the tub that looks like housekeeping hasn’t tried to get out as well as scum on the shower head . A bottle of “AWESOME” will do the trick . And the reviews about the tub not draining are TRUE, it took 5-7 mins for the tub to Fully drain after I took a SHOWER not a bath a SHOWER! One of my towels had a spec of blood on it and I know it was blood I see blood daily as I am a phlebotomist!. Toilet seat was NOT tightened & needs to be replaced. No fresh roll of tissue was in my room it was a roll that had been previously used from whomever was in the room last because it was almost done. Also lamp on the right hand side of my bed closer to the restroom did not work or had not been plugged in. Ironing board cover needs to be replaced it was filthy."

"Great location, close to the interstate, shopping and entertainment. Rooms are definitely due for a good cleaning and upgrade. All staff encountered were polite and courteous."

"Very nasty **smelly** room. Very old room. Could see where they patched holes in the walls. The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Glad I bought a can of Lysol Spray with me. The air conditioner made this very disturbing noise all the time. Bedding was really odd. Fitting sheet. Then a flat sheet. They *used* a (mattress pad) for a blanket. Then this thin thing fabric for a bedspread. It had lots **holes** in it. They put me in a handicap room. The phone (did not) work. The handicap shower. Was gross. Had soap scum all over the spray nosal and handle. Left early. Too gross to stay in gross smelly room."

"Nia helped sooooo much. And Kathy is always making sure I have what I need from breakfast before shutting down. I love the new renovations. And appreciate the peace I get when I can close the door and relax in clean sheets. Mama and papa are the best housekeepers ever ! Bless them. Anything we’ve ever needed came from them. I’m grateful for everyone’s help. This was such a pleasant stay."

"My husband and I travel to Jacksonville religiously and this was the first time we stayed here. This staff was so nice and helpful and the room could’ve been a little better by maybe putting a couch in all the extra space we had but it was a very comfortable room. However the breakfast I feel could’ve included some eggs, more bread choices, chocolate milk, more fresh fruit, muffins, and cereal options out. They have all this space in the breakfast area but hardly nothing there. Other than the quality of the breakfast everything was great . The breakfast attendant was outstanding and super caring!"
