"Clean hotel not far from the airport. Close to restaurants and some shopping. Onsite bar. I believe they have a hotel shuttle. Open loft style rooms. Good for solo travelers or couples."
"Every single staff person greeted every time we passed the front desk. Room design very smart to have all the space and closet on one side with the beds on the other side. Loved the shelf over the AC which is an eyesore. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in."
"Room doors are heavy you won’t be able to sleep because every time someone leaves their room you hear a door slamming loud as hell. Windows are paper thin so if you’re closest to the ground window you’ll hear people talking outside. The staff is not as welcoming they give off I have to be here attitude and just hang around sitting down in the lobby or outside of the hotel on Christmas morning. There are 2 entrances to the building on opposite sides one by the front entrance and one by the pool which does not work to get in which is inconvenient if you park on that side. There is one community computer and that doesn’t even work. Someone is vacuuming the hallways on the first floor at 12am 12/26 very random and loud. We asked for towels 12/26 morning and they make you bring your dirty towels from your room all the way to the front desk to exchange towels. Odd. Pool opens too early and closes too early. Location, airport shuttle, manager being friendly and genuine when you check out and parking is the only good thing here. This hotel is one of those hotels that looks classy through pictures but it’s the opposite when you actually stay there."
"This hotel is fine for a one night stay or if you need somewhere to crash. That staff are friendly and it’s pet friendly. It’s clean. I have to take two stars off for 2 reasons: a) when we got here our room door wouldn’t open and they said to just throw our entire weight against it. Didn’t love that at 11pm with two dogs and a toddler. B) our room had no hot water which meant ice cold showers after being on the road for six hours. Obviously by that point it was 11:30pm and we couldn’t call someone to fix it or have the energy to change rooms. So just beware check your shower as soon as you get there."
"The lobby is poorly designed: the front desk looks like it was an afterthought - basically they threw some temporary hostess stands in the corner. At first I didn't know where to check in. Rooms are nice and clean. Finishes feel high end, but the facility is in disrepair. Toilets struggle to flush. Elevators are dark, worn, and dingy. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not grab and go - you write your order down on a scrap of paper. Not a fan... There is a bar in the lobby, but it doesn't serve any food. Seems like it caters to the wrong crowd. Super odd... My last night here, the hotel just stood by and let a group of people tailgate in the back parking lot. Speaker facing the hotel, blasting music. It went on for an hour before I called down because it was getting late - like the staff couldn't hear the blasting music? (I suspect it couldve been a staff tailgate) I had high hopes walking in, but it got progressively worse as my stay went on. Hard pass"
