"Easy to walk to some great restaurants and a Walgreens if needed. The rooms are clean and the breakfast area is spacious. Wonderful gentleman cleans up right after a table leaves and everything is freshly stocked. Generous breakfast times as well, from 6-10am. Would definitely stay here again. Only 10 minutes from the Brightline station and 10 minutes from the Miami port."

"This hotel has a picture perfect lobby.The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are large and you can sleep atlease 6. The kids loved the pool !! The breakfast was great!! BUT the room cost $400+ On a Monday and had alot of little flaws like chips on the floor, NO shampoo in the complimentary shampoo bottles on the shower walls and almost zero water pressure in the shower."

"I’m very happy with this hotel. I stayed there through dayuse. After previous night without sleep, I booked this one for just $99 from 10 am till 5 pm. I had a perfect sleep on a big comfortable bed, ate a good breakfast, went to the gym, worked. Everything is high quality and front desk was very nice. Thank you!"

"Stayed here a night before my cruise and everything was convenient! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Being able to check in on my phone as a Hilton Honors member was also a plus. However, I was hoping I didn’t have a scenario as the previous comments on here about not receiving my incidentals back. Unfortunately, that is the case. I spoke with Hilton and they said after 30 days it would be returned (seemed odd since I was at another Hilton property returning from my cruise and my deposit was back on my credit card shortly after checkout). I waited the 30 days and no deposit was returned to my card. I am not sure the case with that at this location but just something to consider when booking."

"Fantastic stay! We are frequent international travelers and very familiar with the Hilton brand. We have stayed at numerous Hampton Inn hotels across the US and will continue to do so. The room was super clean, well appointed and convenient for a family of 4. We were so amazed that we had the staff service our room with fresh towels daily as well as cleaning the bathroom and room daily. Some Hampton Inn hotels only service rooms on request or every other day. We would like to thank you for this service it made our 4 day visit relaxing. The breakfast was enjoyable and what we have come to expect from the brand. The hotel is in good repair. The only recommendation will be to have the parking made free as well as to be more proactive with faulty garage entry cards. We got stuck twice where the card didn’t want to work. It took me to get out of the vehicle and flag down the person at the desk. Shelly was on duty on 01/10/23 between 7:00 - 7:10am and didn’t bother to assist me. She shouted through the glass for me to return to my vehicle and push the call button. My husband was in the drivers seat and did that nobody answered. I walked back and asked her three more times to please let us out we had an appointment at Jackson Memorial hospital and we are going to be late. She still refused to assist insisting we press the call button on the boom gate. We did and explained its not working numerous times. This went on far too long and she was argumentative, rude and disrespectful of our situation because I shared we were heading to the hospital. She couldn’t be bothered in the least. We would expect in reflection for the staff member to open the boom on the first instance or to print a new card. We did request a new card on our return from the hospital that evening. The person in the morning were not being professional or attentive to customer needs. However it will not be fair if we allow her to let down the entire brand. We are going to not let one person’s bad attitude spoil our experience with Hampton Inn as we have been loyal since 2016. Therefore our 4stars instead of the usual 5. Thank you"
