"Check your bill for made up charges after you leave. Their beds are comparable to sleeping on a pullout sofa bed. Also, there was only one sheet to cover the mattress, no sheet between you and the comforter, I don't think they change those out or at least I didn't see house keeping carrying any replacements. So basically sleeping with the last people who sleep there... Don't share a room with someone you don't mind seeing naked, the bathroom is wide open. They furnish a fancy little coffee maker in the room but charge $2 a pod for a mini nespresso pod. The front desk is incapable of answering billing questions. The parking garage had a catastrophic fire leaving soot all my car. I was never contacted about the fire or that my car was being moved to an outdoor parking lot. According to one of the Firemen, the Parking Garage will condemned and had no fire suppression system."

"Love the rooms and location of the hotel. They should introduce some type of welcome drink, encourage more guests to sit down, drink more and eat. Nice little Cuban shop that's open 24 hours in the area and some other restaurants in walling distance. I will come back for my next stay. Con: the type of guests the hotel attracts I feel like I'm in a brothel. Then again, this is Miami."

"Really convenient placed hotel downtown with easy access to South Beach. Accessible by bus but a long journey. The staff were so polite and well mannered. The room was comfortable but make sure you are sharing with someone close! There is no actual bathroom and the glass shower and toilet is visible and audible to your roommate!"

"I legitimately don't know what the other reviewers were mad about. It's great! First of all, reviews sayings there's no humans are lying. It's a fully staffed hotel, and their customer service is excellent. I arrived before the official check in time and was just given my room key without having to ask to check in early, nor was I charged for it. Food and drinks prices were reasonable, WAY better than the prices across the bay in South Beach. The drinks are STRONG, and if there's something you want, they'll try their best to make it. I had great results lol. And they're the only establishment I've ever been to that makes breakfast potatoes the right way: perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and soft/fluffy on the inside. Also, my room was great! I have back and neck issues, and I was able to sleep like a baby, pain-free. I really like how the lighting in the room is essentially mood lighting, and you can change the colors. I don't know about the smaller rooms, but I booked one of the larger rooms and the bathroom and room ARE separated by a door and walls. Frosted glass, but you can't see through it. The pool area is lovely, but it was too cold to swim when I visited so I can't comment much more than that. I also prepaid for my room and had zero issues with that."

"Extremely noisy. The rooms have super thin walls. You hear the other rooms, next door, above, below and the corridor... The pool is filthy. The water literally stinks. Too bad because their rooftop looks fine. You do not want to pay to have this experience. Only good point is the location. So central you are close to everything by bus or train. The surroundings totally suck though."
