Hyatt Regency Miami

"A great central downtown Miami hotel. Elegant in its architecture with large open spaces and escalators. River view in back is nice. Catered food for events is good. You should definitely think of using public transportation to get here. There’s a metro mover rail stop a few hundred feet from the hotel. The mover will connect you to regional rail at gov center station. If you drive expect horrific traffic jams as it’s just on the exit ramp to I-95."

"I decided to write a review because I was indignant. Living on the 24th floor on Friday evening there was a party on the same floor, I understand everything, at 23.00 it ended and then the cleaning of the room began, it thundered so much that I could not sleep until night, and what do you think , that at 6 in the morning the staff came and followed the order of guidance, everything was thundering so much that I could not stand it, and I went to find out why so early and loudly, and even the door to the room was deliberately open, to which I did not receive any answer, and while they didn't finish at 7.30 The noise didn't stop. I believe that this is an unacceptable attitude towards a client. I stay in this chain a lot, I have premium status, but this is my first time encountering hotels in this way. I will not stay at this hotel again. You really disappointed me"

"You just have to go up some stairs and find the elevators as well as remember to pay before you leave each time. We had a lovely king suite room with an amazing view on the 17th floor. This hotel is perfect if you are attending a concert at the James L. Knight Center as it is connected to the building. There is a Whole Foods across the street for easy access groceries. The room was very clean and spacious."

"Hyatt You know you got that one person that really makes you shine because their light is so bright ! That person is Angie, hands-down my favorite. I had hurt my foot, and she went out of her way to find a baggie of ice for me, I appreciate people like this. Ingrid, Angie, Roal, Caesar and Miguel in the dinning room at breakfast. Made my visit at my Hyatt family hotel fabulous. Katherine in housekeeping was also amazing. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I really enjoyed my sweet with the view overlooking the river. My bed and pillows were great, the shower could be updated for sure, but it is manageable. The room itself is LOUD because of all the noise coming from the river and traffic down below. The windows are quite thin and the adjoining door to the next room, I could hear clearly conversations in the music they were playing, very annoying. Thank God they give you earplugs. All in all I still enjoyed my visit. I WOULD RECOMMEND"
