"Nice clean hotel but very below average on customer service. The hotel shuttle is not reliable either. We called 10 plus times and no one answered at the front desk at 8 pm. Finally we reached the front desk and we asked for a 9:45pm shuttle pick up, literally drove right past us before we could flag it down. I’d recommend staying at a different airport hotel."

"THE BEST! ¡LO MEJOR! Fantastic ratings across the board. We were here for New Year’s Eve and the view was incredible. We wish an employee would’ve told us about the lounge and observation deck on the tenth floor, but we roughed it in our room and still had a great view of Miami’s many fireworks. We’ve stayed at many Home2 Suites, and this is by far the best we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was also solid, omelettes, potatoes, pastries, oatmeal and fruit. Laundry is complimentary. The property is close to the airport and noise was not an issue. The property is very clean. The sofa and TV area have a curtain to separate it from the sleeping and kitchenette area. I can’t wait to visit again!"

"This place was clean and spacious. It had most things I needed in the room, except for a pot. What made the stay exceptional was the 3 ladies, Dalia, Oana, and Miriam, who worked in the kitchen for the breakfast buffet. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband, daughter, and I were well looked after. They were so kind and bubbly. We were there for several months, and they really looked after us. While we dont love staying in a hotel for several months, they made our stay so enjoyable, and we looked forward to getting up and going for breakfast every day! The staff at the front desk were kind to us too. It was really the staff who made our stay excellent!"

"As a Hilton honors diamond member I wasn't recognized for my status . I asked for a room not facing a parking lot they said they were out . I was there for 5 days which they could've have accommodate the change . There is only one washer operational for the that size of a hotel which is very disappointing."

"If you want a place to stay in which the staff is friendly and accommodating, this is your place. The location is only a couple blocks walking from grocery, laundry and pharmacy needs. The hotel itself is quite clean and nice spacious rooms with refrigerator, hot plate, dishes, dishwasher, everything you could want for an extended or short stay. The breakfast is quite good. No cook for custom dishes, but certainly more than adequate and sanitary for daily breakfast. A good value for your money. The points program is pretty much junk. I stayed 3 months and have enough points for one night...maybe. Very poor return on that."
