"Very nice and clean and spacious units. Had everything we could possibly need. They obviously spray here and maintain the property well. There was not one single bug to be found. People were so friendly. Only downfall is walk to the beach is a quarter mile hike across the street. It is on the trolley line so that's fun! Pool is nice, they provide all stuff to use for bbqs. The screened in lanai is nice and fully sized washer and dryers in the units!"

"We arrived at 530pm on Saturday to check-in and the office was closed. Had to call the after hours number, and wait 30 minutes for them to give me the code to get our room keys. After unpacking in our condo we discovered a water leak in the bathroom. I called the emergency number, and we had to pack everything back in the car, and move to another condo on the other side of the building. The inside is nice and spacious, but it's quite dated. It's nice, but needs some TLC."

"I have been coming here my whole life- loved it so much as a kid, I now bring my kids here! The rooms are nice and clean, have well stocked kitchens, and lovely screened in porches. We walk to the beach across the street, swim in the nice pool, and grill out at the grills pretty much all week! A wonderful vacation, nice and quiet for families. My 4 kids wouldn’t want to vacation elsewhere!! The new manager, Ty, is so pleasant and accommodating! He came by and chatted poolside, had put together some fun poolside entertainment, and clearly cares about everyone’s experience!! We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves yet again, and will be back next year!"

"I don't normally give a five-star rating. Just so you know because there's always room for improvement. This place is a decent. Not a lot for kids to do anything on the property. The pool closes at dusk and when it's winter time that means 6:00 at the latest so that kind of stinks. The room and apartment or condo is very nice, but you're only allowed to have the AC no lower than like 72 or something like that and I like to have it a little cooler than that. So I'm thankful for the stay. There's not too much to complain about."
