"We had such a great time at the pink shell. Mallory was so great at the bar. She was our bartender most of our stay and was the best. Angela was also a great bartender. Devin was the best server at breakfast. Hope to come back and stay again. Damion was very helpful also."

"We had a great experience! Beautiful beach and plenty of activities for all! What would bring me back would most definitely be a handful of staff members! Mallory is amazing! I'm quite sad to leave and not see her everyday lol Tristan was also great! Our last day was rainy but we're able to sit and chat with Angela! Although our flight was delayed she was still able to put a smile on our faces! Breakfast was also great each morning! We had Devin as our server for the first 2 days and was disappointed that he wasn't there the last 2! He definitely helped start off our mornings with great energy!"

"Checked in, staff was great. Walked down to beach, had a drink at beach bar, then dinner, which was good. Went back to room after dinner and was met by a horrible sewer gas smell in the room/bathroom. Went to desk and was told they heard from folks about this…and they would call engineering for us. Front desk called us 10 minutes later, we would need to deal with it until the morning. We asked for another room, non avail. We could talk to a manager in the morning if we like…no managerial support, left us in a toxic potential dangerous condition with no regard to our health or safety. We checked out after only hours being there. Of course they charged us for our drinks and dinner…$150. No regard for customer satisfaction. Why wouldn’t you apologize and at a minimum, remove this charge, do something? We traveled in for what we hoped would be a relaxing break from winter. There are plenty of choices in the area, so unless folks write honest reviews, I guess these places will not change. Luckily the Marriot close by had room, excellent pool, facilities, waterfront, great views. No beach, but we just went over the bridge to Bowman’s Beach…beautiful. 3 stars for service as the valet and front desk folks were great…management-ZERO."

"This is our second trip as a leadership team to the Pink Shell Resort and although they are still rebuilding, they didn't disappoint. We enjoyed Jack's for breakfast and Bongos on the beach. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. In particular, we were so impressed by Gary Lee who helped our team find space to complete our development meetings before our later flight. Amazing! We can't wait to be back. $"

"Our room was clean and spacious. All was brand new. Great balcony. Had the most awesome view of the Gulf and pool. Even saw dolphin pods right from our room.The island is under heavy construction due to hurricane Ian, but we found plenty of great restaurants open near by. All of the staff were super friendly. Great complimentary breakfast. Way better trip then I expected. I called ahead to see what was open, and what was not. They were very clear about it. I see some reviews that mattress was so soft, I thought it was medium, just right for most. The island needs time to recover, but I wouldn't let it stop you from traveling there."
