"Love this place. Stayed 6 days. The pool, the beach, the stores, the restaurants...plenty to see and do. Our gate on our fence was a little tricky but fixed. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning. Goldfish was in corners, a pill of some sort was on the floor and the floors could of been swept better. Our room was barely cleaned nor were the sheets changed. Had to ask for towels, wash clothes, tissue, and toilet paper. The wait staff, pool staff, and beach staff here are amazing. (Beach staff were my favs- Tyson and the guy from Wisconsin) Loved the Dj by the pool! He was great! We wanted to switch our room from 2 beds to a king. The front desk (Mel) stated we would get a call but we never did. A little more detail to customer requests should be a priority. Overall, I'll be back."
"Have eaten here a couple of times and are very pleased. Charles served us on a Monday late afternoon and was outstanding in spite of having to let us know that they were out of ribs and unable to accommodate the four of us. As a result we ordered several appetizers to share along with the one order of ribs and thoroughly enjoyed our ‘Taste of Paradise’ as well as free desserts for each of us. The sunsets are beautiful and the resort is spacious. The live music is delightful and not too loud or overwhelming. This is a great place to bring out of town guests. We’ll definitely be back."
"Room was decent and clean, but small. Room location was awful. There is a large lounging area outside the elevators where loud, drunk guests congregate day and night. Our $500/night room was right there. If you get stuck in one of these rooms, plan on getting no rest day or night. There were three or four on each floor and they should be heavily discounted. The rest of the facility is nice. The pool, restaurants, and staff were great. There's not much else to do in Ft Myers Beach because of the hurricane damage, especially at night. Most of the restaurants and bars are gone, and the streets are dark. We might go back in a few years, but it will never be the same quaint, locally owned beach town it was pre-Ian."
"The Resort is amazing, but this review is about Kristen in the Spa. She is AMAZING with hair color, experienced in the industry, knowledgeable about products and styling. I may go back today for an additional service! She recently started at Margaritaville, but her books will be filling up quickly. I get my hair done often and she, by far, did the best color and style on my hair that I've ever had. She's a keeper! Thank you, Kristen for making me feel beautiful!"
"By far the nicest hotel resort I toured on the beach. When I went there were some amenities not yet open (because the hotel is so new) but I saw them all fully developed. It will be a blast when it all opens. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check in crew to security guards! And the layout is great. It's not directly on the beach but the way it's situated I didn't mind that at all. Loved my room, though be aware that on busy nights it can be loud in the courtyard area. Definitely a lovely place to stay and a great escape on the beach!"
