"Ambience ok and service was top notch but food is well below par. Ordered a filet and lobster dinner ($70). The filet was only 3/4" thick and WELL done when ordered medium. This was more like a sirloin NOT a filet. Lobster tail was small and nearly impossible to remove from the shell and had no flavor. (Also no lobster fork provided). My bad for not saying anything as I was there for a romantic dinner and really did not want to make a scene. WAY overpriced for the quality of the entre."

"Top notch Hilton Grand Vacation resort. The rooms are impeccably clean and well stocked, the view is phenomenal, lots of activities available for all ages! Can’t wait to come back again."

"We have two time shares at Sea Watch on the Beach. One of stayes was two weeks long in the middle to the end of June. We had two small children with us. We came to the Sea Watch and upon arrival saw the pool was closed for “maintenance”. We soon found out that it was NOT A MAINTENANCE reason for closing the pool. The pool was getting redone and resurfaced. The Board of Directors should be held accountable for making the unnecessary decision to close the pool for almost a month in one of the hottest and busiest months of the year, when children are out of school, and everyone needs the pool. Why not close it during the winter months. On top of it all, no one informed us the pool would be closed. Why didn’t we receive a letter informing us? We could have opted to use our time share at another location or rent the place out to someone else. I spent 11 days at the Sea Watch and ended up cutting our vacation short because we couldn’t swim and needed to cool off. The staff didn’t have any activities planned to entertain the children while the pool was closed. So disappointing. For alot of families, this is their annual and only vacation, which costs alot of time and money, and the lack of concern by the Board of Directors is upsetting."

"The rooms are very well maintained the one bedroom units have a huge patio facing the gulf. Expansive beach. Very friendly staff, check-in process was wonderful. Make sure you sign up for their texting service in case you need anything. However an agreement has been reached within an adjoining property you can go right next door and use their pool until the renovation is complete."

"I’ll start off with the positive, the room and view are beautiful. If your looking for peace and quiet this isn’t the place and unfortunately for me I wasted my holidays, the noise was unbearable from 7am -10 pm screaming children, loud music and adults inside and out. Took over the whole pool area. So if our ownership was based on this place, We would have saved ourselves thousands of dollars . I’m going home more stressed then when I came."
