"We've loved Siesta Sands for years. Our daughter was married here. This has been the site of our family reunion for so long. The location is perfect. But they are raising the rates so high that we are forced to look elsewhere. Truly disappointed that the price hike is so dramatic."

"First time staying at Siesta Sands Beach Resort. We stayed in 611 and we loved every minute of it. There was only 4 of us but it accommodates more than 4 people. Each room has it's own balcony and a view of the ocean. Each night we were able to watch the Sunset and it was beautiful. Since it has a full kitchen we were able to save some money by staying in a cooking. Very spacious and clean space. The only issue we had was that there was not enough towels and toilet paper. It's only a minute walk from the beach and we have the perfect view of it as well. This unit is a little pricey but if you split it amongst other people it is well worth it."

"Be thankful you read reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The management does not care about their clients. My wife, girls and I recently stayed in room 611 and had to leave because it was infested with roaches mites and ghost ants. After not responding at all to my calls and emails the president of the company finally got back to me and refused to refund all my money. Who does this?? Do yourself a favor and find somewhere to spend your vacation. Ours was ruined!! I usually don’t post reviews but I hope I can spare a nice family from their vacation being spoiled by bugs and the inconsiderate management of Siesta Sands. It was the only 3 bedroom unit there. Nothing else around there was available for my family!!"

"I absolutely love Siesta Sands. My family has been going there since the mid 90's, and its always been such a great experience. It's changed a lot over the years, but so has the entire area. I will never stay anywhere else but Siesta Sands! It is right off the beach, super close yo Point of Rocks, its always been quiet, and felt very private staying here. We've never, not even once had any issues whatsoever. I have nothing but the best of memories here. When I was a kid, my grandparents, their cocker spaniel, my parents, my little sister, our german shepherd and I would road trip down and stay for 2 weeks, and our unit never felt cramped at all. Which was nice after being cramped in a van for 2 days lol. I loved having a full kitchen, having the pool right there next to our unit, but being so unbelievably close to the beach was the best. Its been a while since I've been able to go, but, I plan on going back now with my own kids. My grandpa last came here about 6 years ago or so, unfortunately it was his last, and I don't think my grandma will want to go back without him. I'm excited for my kids to have the same beach memories I had as a kid, staying at Siesta Sands. Thanks Siesta Sands for always providing top notch service and accomodations for my family!"
