"AutoZone always saves me when I have a car issue. This time was no different. Had what I needed at a fair price and the employees were nice and helpful. Thank you once again, AutoZone!"
"Cesar helped me install a new highlight bulb and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working. Great guy and a credit to the company"
"I would like to give a special thanks to Eddy for his absolutely amazing customer service! He was extremely helpful when my boyfriend and I had some difficulty with our vehicle. He showed kindness and awillingness to help; his efficiency is unmatched!"
"Felt very unwelcomed there, even before I arrived. Called to ask if they recharge car batteries (and please keep in mind, I did NOT know recharging car batteries was a thing until AAA suggested it a few days ago) and if it wasn't too busy, I could stop by and get it done. The guy that answered very rudely says "We aren't picking it up for you" like... No kidding... I was not at all expecting that response when I was simply asking if they were too busy to do it. When I got there, Shawn helped me. He asked if the battery was taken out, and I said "oh, no, I didn't know I had to take it out" and he seemed rather annoyed that I didn't do that. I also am your basic white girl who is NOT a mechanic, so, don't get annoyed with me when I don't know something, teach me like an adult! I will say the rest of the time, he was fairly polite. HOWEVER... What really is sketchy is I had my battery tested by AAA a few days ago, said my battery had a bit of corrosion on it (that was preventing it from starting up properly last week) and when the corrosion was cleared, they tested the battery and said it was in good condition, just needed to be recharged. The guy that helped me said I needed to replace the battery. I don't trust that, but that's a personal thing, I guess. I did tip Shawn for his help (when the service was free) and he seemed kind of grateful. I was overall fairly displeased with this experience and I do not plan on going back. I genuinely hope they are not fooling people into thinking they have to replace something they don't have to."
"Online time said they opened at 7:30, And store hours on front of store say 7:30. It is now 7:45 and they are still not open. I’m wasting my morning sitting here waiting for someone to show up this is ridiculous."
