"The pharmacy staff were working fast, obviously under a lot of stress, not happy about it, and rude ( kind of barking orders instead of being polite) to customers several times ...many observed this as many of us waited in line for over 30 minutes....I feel sorry for the staff, they appear to be overworked and underappreciated. The pharmacy, therefore, is not being managed well and I would give ZERO stars. The store employees, however, were fast to help and super sweet to everybody. They are Five star, for sure."

"BELIEVE the bad reviews folks, they are there for a reason. Everytime we sent a prescription there for the last 5 months, they managed to screw it up. duplicate profiles which they are unable to consolidate, prescriptions that were "stored" on the profile and not sent for processing, you name it. Today I lost it and promised myself I would never set foot at this pharmacy again. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else."

"Contrary to all the OPINIONS of all the one star reviews, when you have an actual problem that requires true servicing of the customer, manager, Brantley and his staff swiftly will aid you. Yes the lines may get Long. Yes you may have to wait a little while. Yes you will have to show ID. But these employees are working their very hardest to service a very overwhelming and overpopulated Golden Gate Estates. They always have a clean and tidy store, and whatever item I need is always in stock. Never have I ever received Rude attitude always pleasant people.!!!"

"The pharmacy is terrible. Call and they will put you on hold without even saying hello. I called several times and I was hung up on every time. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and never spoke with a person because I was continually hung up on."
