McDonald's 8875 Davis Boulevard, Naples, FL 34104

"I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. And when I ordered it I put in there that I wanted light salt on my fries because I wanted fresh fries not fries that have been sitting there. I sat down at my table waiting for my order, and when my order came the fries was so hard I could barely chew them, I took one bite of one and all you heard was a loud crunching noise because they was hard. The lady that brought me my food I asked her if she could please get me new fries because these ones are old and hard. And the lady had the audacity to tell me no you already took one of the fries so now you have to keep them. If you don't want them then throw them away. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager didn't speak any English so that was a loss cause. Anyways I never got new fries, the chicken nuggets was stale and overcooked as well. The only good thing I got was a Dr pepper. As for the environment, the place needed to be cleaned. After customers got done at a table the employees didn't even bother to actually clean the tables properly. They just took the trash off the table and that was it. They didn't spray disinfectant or anything. And then people are wondering why covid is still going around. This McDonald's needs to do better. The outside of the place is even work the grey hound bus or whatever stops there and there is always people standing outside with their suitcases asking people for money. Which should not be allowed."

"Stopped in McDonald's in Naples for a brunch. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. Nothing exceptional. The burger was a bit dry. The cheese & sauces were off-center, and covering the outside of the bun. Sadly, the real life meal does not match the pictures in the advertisements. People who go, know, and yet there they are."

"Ordered on line, no one checks the orders at this location. When I arrived approximately 12 minutes after ordering there was nothing waiting and the guy at the desk didn't seem to have a clue when I asked him how I could get my order. Others came in ordered and received their orders while I was still waiting. I asked again and they asked to see my order in the app, that finally started my order. Not happy with their ability to use the provided tech."

"It's a great location to see the ocean and eat a meal! Fairly busy with locals having coffee and visiting, families with kids grabbing a quick bite, and tourists in a hurry to order and run! We ordered on the kiosk and figured it'd save time since we couldn't decipher the conversation from the employee as the order was being discussed! The ¼ pounder came out wrong, and he didn't understand how it was wrong! The employee who made the sandwich came forth from the kitchen, took it, and corrected it! The French Fries weren't fried long enough and were soft and mushy!!! You have to pay for water, so don't be shocked! We preferred the drive thru, and it worked perfectly! That's our overall suggestion!"
