"Perhaps they should consider a name change to Golf911. The shaft in my pitching wedge broke today, and I have a game booked for Sunday. The golf superstore closest to our home told me it would be a 48 hour wait to get it re-shafted. Jim, at Golf Galaxy, bent over backwards to help me! Told me it would be 45 minutes, but I’m pretty sure he had it done quicker than that. Now, it will have time to set up and dry completely before I play Sunday. Can’t say enough about the customer service we received today. Even if the drive is a bit further, I’ll be back!"

"Worst customer service ever. Sold me 2 hats that were identical they rang up 2 different prices and refused to fix over the phone. Now I have to drive all the way back down there to show them the receipt even though they could have pulled the transaction up under my account. Totally unacceptable especially after how many thousands I spend there yearly. Not anymore golf Galaxy lost a loyal customer I’m going to golf guys from here on out!!!!!"
