"The absolute WORST uniform providers in our area. I wish schools would stop using them. I placed my order by their cutoff date for school start date back on July 16th and I’m still waiting on 3 shirts!!!!! I have received 1 shirt, ordered 4 shirts + 1 dress. Received 1 shirt the day before school started and was promised the other 3 shirts are on the way and arriving on August 11th, and the dress August 30TH. It is now September 5th and I still don’t have the shirts, and after emailing them, I got a call the dress is ready today. But shirts won’t be in until “mid September”. What is the point of having a school start date deadline when you can’t deliver the promise?! Extremely frustrating! Also, trying to call and check on your order is impossible! Nobody knows anything in that store, can’t help you look anything up. All you can do is leave a message or send an email and hope someone gets back to you. This has been the worst experience I ever had with a business that’s supposed to provide SCHOOL REQUIRED UNIFORMS!!!!!!! But, none of this matters to anybody at Mascot Universe, that’s the saddest part of it all. All they can tell you is they can cancel your order and refund you your money. That’s not a solution when uniforms are required by the school. The solution they decided to go with is be spiteful, hold my order hostage, cancel my order (even though I specifically stated I would wait for it to come in), and not allow us to pick up the 1 item they did have in stock. After speaking to them on the phone, and a “manager” who misrepresented himself as the owner “Stacee”, telling me all kinds of things. Rude, degrading, disrespectful, and just plain out gross behavior by someone that works with our local schools and is part of our community. I am happy to never have to deal with this organization again and instead support a local mom that does the embroidery happily out of her home. I’d you need anything for your school embroidery, skip this disgusting place and go to ABC teez embroidery instead! You won’t be disappointed."

"Slowest turn around time ever!!! If you want anything from this store that isn’t already simply hanging on their racks (which is very limited to what is NOT required by the school), order it MONTHS ahead of time! I ordered a simple PE T-shirt and they assured me it would be available in three days (after school had already started)…try TWO WEEKS!!! The inside staff is helpful, but their fulfillment process is the worst! The staff has no ability to look up orders. They dig through plastic bins and bags hopeful to find your order. Can’t place orders or provide receipts. They tell you to hope for the best and a phone call for preorders. On top of it all the quality is subpar. NEVER had issues like this with Education Outfitters! UPDATE: If you place a negative review, the owner will call personally to berate you!"

"AWFUL QUALITY - Shirts get pulls and when asked to exchange 2, YES just 2 they refused to do anything in GOOD WILL! Boy oh Boy, lots to make your customer want to come back. VERY unprofessional customer service, after spending $750 + spend with Mascot in the last few school years."

"Our school PTSA ordered shirts through Mascot Universe. We ordered from their website 2 green tees, 1 green hoodie and one black tee with the school logo on September 9th. The products were delivered to my daughter at school Oct 27th. The green is so dark you can not see any of the black print on the tee shirt, especially indoors. The color green is not even remotely close to our school colors. They told me that the PTSA was provided a sample and approved it. Because of this I would not receive a replacement or refund. I contacted the PTSA and they confirmed they were only sent digital images and that they did not look like what I received. As a seamstress who sews custom clothing, I would never send out product like this. The product you send out is a reflection of you and your business. Part of being professional is advising customers when colors won't work together or if you are unable to source the proper color shirts. We will not return and do not recommend. There are too many other wonderful screen printers close buy who take pride in their work, have a quicker turn around and much better customer service!"
