"We take our dog to the day care about three times a week and we love this place. Our puppy loves going and burning all her energy off in the large play yard. Brandi (one of the employees) is the best, and treats our puppy like it was her own dog. I love the attention she gets while she is at Bayside. Thank you for all you do!"

"I love Bayside! My dog is always so excited to get inside, and he especially loves swimming in the pool with his friends. What is even better for me, is if he gets a bit stinky after his playtime, he can get a bath in the spa portion of the building, and they always have him smelling and feeling amazing. "Recently boarded my two cats here for an extended weekend. This is my first time boarding and overall, I have to say I'm not a fan of the difference of cat boarding vs dog boarding in general. In researching the area, most boarders cater their space to dogs, with run areas, outside time and interactive play. Cats are confined to cabinet boxes with plexiglass. Granted, they can get out occasionally but it's at the whim of staff. There's also essentially nothing for the cats to look at while they're confined. I'd prefer large individual cages with platforms or a cat tree and a large window to view outside, maybe a fish tank to keep them visually entertained. They do boast the use of video cameras so you can watch your pet during their stay, but if you happen to have a cat, the only way you're going to see them is if they're free roaming in the playroom. The one camera is not directed toward the cages. I hadn't seen my cats in the cameras for 2 days and finally called the staff to ask how they were doing. I was the only person with cats boarding at the time so the staff left their cage doors open for them to roam into the playroom at will. Unfortunately, my cats were too scared to adventure out on their own. Overall, the cats seemed well adjusted when they came back home. No serious complaints, prices were reasonable."
