"The Pharmacy department does not even deserve for me to give them one star review. This location by far is the worst pharmacy Walgreens I have ever experienced. The customer service staff are rude, horrible. Especially the pharmacist, she was the worst. They called to say the perception is ready and when I get there the prescription is not ready on top of that they are giving me attitude. The Pharmacy hours are so confusing they are always close when I need to pick up my perceptions. I will not be going to this location to fill my prescription. I will take my business to CVS. They are clearly not capable of doing their jobs, nor do they seem to even care if they have jobs. Just WOW"
"At 12:45 pm today I took the COVID-19 2 hour NAAT and did not receive my results. I decided to drive back that night to find out what is going and found a note that the pharmacy closed at 1:30 pm. I needed my results for travel so I went to the front and spoke to Zach the manager and explained to him my dilemma. He pulled out his cell phone to call a pharmacist from a different store to come in and help me. Frank the pharmacist found out that my test was never processed and offered to administer another swab and provide me with the results within 20 minutes. Even though I had a bad experience Zach and Frank when the extra mile to take care of me. Kudos to Zach and Frank for fixing the issue. I hope Walgreens knows how lucky they are to have dedicated employees like these. They turned my one star review to a five. Thank you gentlemen."
"If I could leave a zero stars I would. My doctor sent a prescription on Monday 12/27. It was sent electronically. On my lunch hour, I went through the drive thru to see if I could pick it up. The gal with very prominent facial piercings looked up my prescription and said “your doctor put a note saying that you can’t pick it up until 1/2/22.” I asked her if she was sure? I had just had an appointment with her and she has never put stipulations on my prescriptions nor did she mention anything to me about a late pick up. I drove off and let it go. Still annoyed. I reached out to my providers office today. I told the office coordinator what had happened, he reached out to the pharmacy because my provider did not add any stipulations to my prescription. The pharmacy simply told him, they were just out of stock. I will never fill my prescriptions with Walgreens nor will I shop here again. I could understand if they were just out of stock, but to fabricate a narrative to not fill a prescription is 100% unethical. I had considered switching providers because I felt that I had missed something during my appointment with her, only to find out that the pharmacist tech lied about my prescription. FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WALGREENS. Your better off going to CVS, Publix, or a small mom & pop pharmacy."
"This particular location has no regard for your time. I waited just shy of 40 minutes in the drive thru not just to be helped, but to even be acknowledged! And that’s only because I rang the ‘call’ button multiple times. There was initially one car in front of me, (she was also ringing the call button, but had eventually given up trying to get assistance from a Walgreens employee), and then an entire line of cars behind me still waiting to be helped. A woman behind me even got out of her vehicle wondering what the heck was going on and why we hadn’t been helped yet. Completely unacceptable and just wrong of Walgreens to neglect customers like that, and with no explanation or communication. All I was trying to do was drop off my script, which takes only a couple minutes IF that. I was of course livid, so I went over to CVS on 41 & Pine Ridge: they were able to assist 4 cars (me being the fourth) all within a matter of 10 minutes!! Which is how it should be! My point is, avoid this Walgreens drive-thru/Pharmacy unless you’re okay with incompetence and throwing your precious time down the drain."
"If negative stars were possible, thats what I would rate this store. Worst pharmacy EVER! Nothing but mistakes, requiring second trips to get my prescriptions. Then you get attitude from them too! Find any other Walgreens location, because, none of them can be any worse than this location! When I transferred my prescriptions to a new store, and told the guy at the new location pharmacy why I was changing, I just got a knowing smile. Seems like loosing customers is a common issue for the location on Pine Ridge rd. Don't waste your time with these people."
