"Service and communication are not good. I tried a dress and decided to take the smaller size. A white spot was spotted on the dress and the sales assistant promised to remove it because it's the last item. After waiting for awhile, I went to look for her. It turned out that she put the dress back into the store room without telling me and then she explained to me that she couldn't clean the spot. I was confused because I still want the dress. Then she told me to either take the dress with the spot or a bigger size. I left the store without buying anything. I feel disappointed and I wasted 30 min."
