"Re: Tommy Bahama Relax. Was gifted 2 - $50 coupons to The Tommy Bahama Store. We always avoided the brand when shopping for beach gear, as we assumed it was overpriced and overvalued...(especially in downtown Naples!) but the coupons gave us the courage to take a peek. We stand corrected! The merchandise, from shoes to clothing to beach stuff was all reasonably priced, and quality was impressive!! Our fabulous sales person, Christina, took loads of time with us, and did everything she could to make sure we ended up with the right stuff and the lowest price. The service was awesome. We replaced our beach chairs and wagon for FAR LESS than we had anticipated (even without the coupons!) and were totally impressed by the quality of the gear...especially the exceptional balloon tires on the wagon...which will make the work of pulling the load over the sand much less difficult. The wagon includes plenty of standard and insulated storage. The strong and sturdy chairs include a phone/keys pocket w/ can caddy, and there is an insulated storge bag on the back...where you'll find shoulder straps for easy transport...and, if that weren't enough, it folds completely horizontal for great beachtime relaxing! "Just been into Relax with my wife to purchase a new dress, staff were helpful, the two people that totally ruined the shopping experience were two male manger types full of their own self importance they never stopped talking very loudly to staff about how they wanted things done and I mean very loudly and none stop, it was like being in the middle of a sales class which is exactly where these people should have been, when one "manager" left (hooray) the other was loudly bleating on about his car warranty to staff at the checkout it was so unprofessional my wife would've liked to purchase more items but felt as though there was zero customer care with the constant loud running commentary so we left."
