"The lady working I don’t know what her name was but when we came in the other day me and my friend came in weren’t in a rush (at the time),then I realized we had to leave soon so we gathered our stuff and started to check out but the woman working there decided to TYPE everything in instead of scanning it when she could visibly see we were in a rush and went slower. Even though it’s a beautiful place and store to shop in I would recommend to go to a different location."

"I went into this store on February 17th with my brother-in-law. He bought a shirt and I bought a shirt and cap. My shirt didn’t fit, I returned the following day with the receipt and the shirt that didn’t fit. I asked for a refund, they worked hard to get me to buy something else, but I insisted on just getting my refund. Not only did they not provide a credit on my credit card account, they charged me for the ill-fitting shirt a 2nd time! Now that I am back in Missouri I have called them numerous times to try and get them to correct their error, however no one answers the phone. Interesting merchandise, but beware if you seek to receive a refund. In fairness, 2nd effort to receive a refund resulted in a prompt & courteous credit to my credit card account."

"Now I was not planning on stopping in Butterfly Beach after enjoying a delicious meal on 5th. But when I got a call from my wife telling me that I had to go see if they had this amazing T-shirt in her size, I couldn't resist being a good husband. LOL She shopped there before on her last visit to Naples and keeps an eye out on their webpage for new items. I was tasked with finding "Just a Girl Who Loves Butterflies" T-shirt in her size and surprise her with a color. Okay, I thought. When I entered, I was greeted and welcomed by an upbeat young woman. The shop is bright in color, well organized and has a variety of items for women and men. I saw the desired T-shirt, in the front but not the correct size. When I asked for a different size, the woman smiled and walked me over to a bigger display in the back that had a variety of colors. She helped me make sure the size was correct and then off to pay for it. Reasonable price for the T-shirt, and the transaction was easy. They even put it in this cool butterfly bag that can be reused as a beach tote. That's a bonus. I really liked the apparel that they had in the store. It had a nice vibe and seemed to appeal to all ages. Next time in Naples, make sure you stop by for yourself, your teen, or even you grandma. They will all appreciate the clothing and be some of the coolest, fashionable people in Naples."
