"I often visit the Osprey Store - I always walk out with several pieces of clothing. The manager is so helpful to assist with size changes and even shows you pieces you might be interested based on what you have chosen"

"When my sisters and I went to Tin City, we were excited to browse several stores and buy a few souvenirs. We walked into Back of the Bay and saw a few items that caught our eye. I picked one up to check the price and made a comment about how pretty it was. The lady working shouted the price across the store at me. I politely said thank you and kept looking around the store. She followed us around the store, ignoring the other customers and commenting on each item we looked at. I found a pretty skirt and told my sisters that it would be perfect for our mom. I pulled out my phone to take a picture of it. She immediately scolded me and said pictures are not allowed. I immediately apologized and said I didn't know, since there are no signs indicating that. The worker said it's because the "designers" don't want people copying their work. I joked that I couldn't design my own skirt, and she said, "Well, a lot of girls your age do that." The whole time she was talking, she was peering over my shoulder and looking at my phone to check my camera, which I had closed. Her comments clearly indicate that she does not like younger women or think we could afford any of her "designer" apparel. After leaving the store, I Googled the brand, since I really liked the skirt for my mom. I found several pictures of the apparel online, including photos that the store owner uploaded. Although several items are overpriced, we will not be returning because of her terrible customer service."
