"I want to share my experience as we just endured a very dangerous storm, Hurricane Ian here in our area of SWFL. We are all safe and sound, but many have lost so much.... We are headed to Georgia on Oct 11th and I have not been able to locate my lovely seamstress Rhonda and her family. She currently has my mother of the bride dress for alterations and of course my concern for her welfare comes first in our thoughts as I was searching for my seamstress, my husband decided i needed to shop soon for another backup dress. I decided to go to Coconut Point as I would have a few choices there, before I went looking for dresses I stopped into my favorite boutique, Michael Kors and met the lovely Lauren. I quickly told her my story and I'm sure my anxiety was showing, but she recommended a store called Windsor down the walkway. She listened to my story and was so understanding and kind as I really needed to share my feelings. I told her if I found a dress I would return to show her my find. Happily I found a beautiful dress with the lovely staff at Windsor!! Lauren was genuinely SO happy for me I felt so wonderful after a very stressful time the past few days. Lauren introduced me to Sandy who was equally as empathetic so we just talked and took it all in... their kindness and connection along with their professionalism is what made my experience so positive and so filled with love and connection. I will be returning to their boutique after I return from my travels.... Lauren and Sandy you remain in my heart and mind always and thank you SO much for helping me and my family. P.S.The very next day I got a call from my seamstress, Rhonda who is safe and sound with her family.... xoxox"

"I’ve been a customer at this store since it opened and never once had a bad experience. I’m super picky and indecisive but no one on staff has ever shown that they’re annoyed with my way of shopping. Today was a great example, Sandy was nothing but helpful and accommodating and assisted in my recent purchase. Even entertained my interest in watches even though I ended up not going with one, this time. I’m quite happy with my lil bag and will always be back as long as this location is open. What I loved the most was that my wonderful sales associate became my very own personal shopping specialist. Janet periodically sends me pics and info on sales and new arrivals. She knows my taste by now, since I purchased a good amount of items since my first visit.
