"Im not into purses, the store seemed cleaned and organized. Staff said hi but waited till we approached them."

"Purchased this purse in December have carried it for a month. Tried to return/ exchange or find out if it could be repaired. They were the MOST un helpful people in the store. If you have a problem with your purchase don’t expect much by way of help. The options to choose from are limited and they don’t make repairs. Such a disappointment because so actually live the purse. Terrible customer service as the manager stood and listened but offered no help. I ended up returning the purse for store credit. Upon returning to do so I asked to speak with store manager and lwas told she was unavailable in a conference call. So still no help. Wish I had gotten associates name so I could post but don’t even want to walk back in that store. Will use my card online and probably won’t return."

"I love Kate Spade ♠️ I have a duffel bag and a Chelsea mini backpack - today I was looking for a classic purse. A crossbody with handles. The one I found online I wanted to make sure I liked it so I came into the store. Cindy Ellis was amazing in helping me find the perfect handbag. She helped me find one that was actually better than the one I was looking at online! The style is more me because it’s the soft leather which I like - plus - the sides that are open is perfect for throwing in a book , a water bottle - anything that is generally too big but it’s ok because it can stick up because it’s open - But it also has a small zipper compartment and then the main zipper on the middle for my wallet and stuff. Love!!!!!! And thanks to Cindy, I found out about the birthday discount , and it’s my birthday tomorrow so I got that discount as well! Thank you Cindy! I’m forever a Kate Spade ♠️ girl so I’ll see you again!"

"Beware of possible scam. I am so disappointed I have to write this review because I actually enjoy Kate Spade products. I came in to buy a purse with a Kate Spade gift card. Upon checking out the cashier had told me that my gift card balance was $0. I explained the gift card had never been used and should have nearly $200 on it. The manager then came and stated that the person who assigned the gift card could have very well not placed the money on it and I would need to bring in a printed receipt of the transaction. LUCKILY, I had the receipt from months ago and immediately came back. After almost an hour of waiting it appeared that their system actually withdrew the money from my gift card when checking out, but had a “glitch.” I am writing this review in hopes this does not happen to someone else. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to come in with a Kate Spade gift card only to be told there is $0 on it and you would need a printed receipt (many people do not have receipts dating back months) to prove there is a balance. Everyone works hard for their money. It is not ok to have these incidents happen."
