"Let me start by saying that I never write reviews. The prices and merchandise were not the issue at this store it was the staff. In all my years of shopping I have never encountered someone more rude and unhelpful then the young lady who checked me out here. Also, I should mention that her manager was also in attendance and in my opinion did nothing to correct this young ladies behavior towards us. She tried to overcharge me for an item that was marked a certain price that apparently was not the price of the item, but that is not my problem. While paying I was using my BR credit card which allowed for an additional discount which she did not give me. When she was called out on this she got extremely annoyed and argumentative that I should of let her know I was using my BR card when in fact I asked her if I had any rewards to apply to my purchase on my card. I would not shop at this location again simply because of the rude staff that is employed at this location. Staff needs to addressed and trained on customer service."
