"Oh Michel Kors outlet , I can't believe ya'll had assumed that my daughter was going to steal. Following her around the store asking her questions , when she was simply looking around just like other customers. Come on now. All black people do not steal !!!! My family has shopped in your store lots of times and when she goes in by herself , y'all make her feel uncomfortable & not wanted . The same thing happened to me at the Coach outlet in the Tanger outlets. Thursday old lady quickly followed me around but the next day , a white man walked into that Coach outlet & stole from them. Maybe y'all should follow the other people around too. Do better !!!"

"Me and my friend went shopping in your store in the Miramar outlet in Fort myers Florida. While shopping we were approached by a lady emery or Emory (I'm unsure of how to spell her name she worked 3/3/23 late shift) she asked to grab my stuff and bring it the front, my friend is a poc and everyone else in the store was carrying their own stuff so we took it as a racial thing. After walking around we went up to the counter to pay I asked to box the stuff (I saw them boxing someone's infront of us) she was very reluctant to box my items (even after I said it was a gift for someone) she complained she only had 2 left and didn't ribbon it (like she did for the person infront of us) and was overall very reluctant to help us and refusrd to treat us as paying customers I paid almost 200$ in the store that day and we were treated as burdens. I reached out to the michael kors help desk and didn't hear back from them, it has been 8 months and not a peep. I was reluctant to write a review mainly because I was waiting for a response but I have never received it, not an apology, a solution, nothing."

"Stopped by the Michael Kors outlet when I went to the outlets to pick up some clothes for a trip. They had some awesome markdowns and an additional percentage off. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and left with nothing because I couldn’t make a decision. I will return to get one or two bags very soon. Btw their staff is super friendly and helpful."
