"I went in to buy a small bag for myself and the people that greeted me were nice but the lady that rang me out was so rude! She didn’t say anything to me when I went up there and then when i asked her if she could get me a newer bag instead of the one on display she argued and said it’s the same exact thing. First of all i know it’s the same bag but the one in the back hasn’t been touched yet so i was just wanting a newer one ?? Also she gave me the smallest bag she could find and just stuffed the purse in there. I don’t know her name but she was an older white woman with glasses. Coach is not cheap so it’s annoying when you go to spend money there and are treated bad."

I brought in a purse I purchased which had a zipper flaw, and she was able to let me exchange it because it was still under their 12 month warranty. Then she gave me discounts galore!!! They have the best prices and all the colors you want!"
