"I’ve loved coming to this store for years, but beware of their new permanent jewelry scam. I spent $80 on a bracelet that broke within 2 hours while I was trying on clothes in a fitting room. Came back, got a new one for more money, they were really nice about it. That second bracelet broke within 36 hours while I was sleeping. I understand if I was doing something crazy but the jewelry just broke twice over nothing. Since the permanent jewelry is final sale, the only thing they can do is repair it, but I don’t have the time to come in 3 times a week to repair a bracelet that will inevitably keep breaking. Really regret my purchase, wish it had worked out, but I will have to find another place for permanent jewelry. I don’t think it’s fair they’re charging that much money for cheaply made jewelry."
