"This is a very small H&M that has very limited selection. Nobody that works here is ever polite or helpful... they actively ignore or avoid you. This location is the worst H&M I've ever visited."

"I bought 2 dresses but when I got home took tags off, put in the washer (just the 2 dresses in the washer). When I was folding it I saw a damage on the dress. When I went back to exchange the dress, they said they wouldn’t exchange because they said they don’t put out clothes with any damages! The manager was not helpful at all! It’s ashamed because the dress cost only $9.99 it was on sale. I shop at this store a lot with my fam as summer only mall is the indoor walking, too hot outside hahaha. This situation was handled very poor. How do you know that the damage wasn’t there? Do you guys look at every clothing to check for damages?"

"Went to the store on Father’s Day shopping with my family. Horrible management. Olivia is a horrible manager and person I saw her mistreating staff on the sales floor. I cannot believe h&m would allow someone so evil to work for their company. The manager is rude to costumers and employees, this person should not have a job working with underage employees she is a bully to everyone who enters this store."

"fitting room is a joke. the staff is super rude (even before the experience I’m about to describe) and it’s super unorganized. they only have one fitting room area open meaning women, kids, and men all use the same area. they wouldn’t let me back with my KID little sister and expected her to parade outside in front of all the old men (there were A LOT, some with spouses but some just standing around like creeps). like who knows if any of those men had nefarious intentions or were camping out there specifically to watch women and girls come out in the clothes they’re trying on??? not cool."

"I came to write a review and found the one below this to mirror my experience in fitting room this morning. Attendant was especially rude, and the manager was not much better. Was very surprise at these behaviors and i believe it must be a location issue as i always enjoyed shopping at H&M around the world."
