"Had a fantastic experience today with Olivia. I had placed an in-store pick up order last night, approximately 2 hours before store closing. I waited 2 hours after store opening to go into the store to check on my order, as I hadn’t received an order ready confirmation. I inquired about my order, and was met with a glitch in the system where my order wasn’t retrievable by the in-store system. I tried the items on in store and decided I didn’t want to purchase them anyway, so Olivia assisted me in my return. Unfortunately, because my order wasn’t showing up in the system, Olivia went above and beyond to call customer service to get instructions on how to cancel my order, all while still tending to customers as the only retail associate! She was pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. She never made me feel like a burden! Hands down one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had at Cordova Mall! Thanks, Olivia!!"

"It’s been over a month and a half for my package of three pairs of shorts. First package I was told got “lost” yet the post office never received it. Then I was told it would be replaced & well that one got “lost” too but never received at post office. Never got tracking numbers for either. Customer service has been no help, they just keep repeating the same phrases as before with the first package. A month and a half! I was going to order my kids school clothes from here but I’m scared to anymore because aeropostale can’t seem to ship it out to me! This is getting ridiculous. I was fine when the first one got “lost” but again…?!"

"The cashier was very rude, didn’t greet me and just shoved my bag in my face without saying anything. Wasted my breath complaining about her to another associate, because I know they’re not going to do anything but laugh at me. Also, if your skintone is anything other than white, they will watch you like you’re about to steal. The WORST experience I’ve had at this mall. The other stores I went to they actually treated me like a decent human being."

"Reagan (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) the manager was so so friendly!!! She greeted my boyfriend and I as soon as we walked in and put so much effort into helping me find the right jeans & shorts! I was in desperate need of new pants and have been putting off shopping because it’s hard to find the right ones that fit and where to even start looking. She made it way easier to shop and I ended up buying all the pairs she suggested to me. She deserves a raise!!!"

"Happen to have caught a great sale while we were here. The clerk's were all too happy to tell us since we purchased something that we didn't realize was buy 1 get 2 free,(and the price was fantastic)! So we got three shifts for under $15."
