"I have had pain in my right upper back quadrant by my shoulder blade for at least a year now and the doctors have been unsuccessful in making the pain go away. I came to Dr. Bergin looking for some help. Within 3 to 4 weeks. My pain in that area is completely gone. I have had many muscle spasms in my lower back and he is working on those now; it is a work in progress, but it is feeling much better in my lower back. The staff “Rosie & Gaby are very professional and helpful . They know my name every time I come in they’re helpful when needed. I can’t say enough about the office and their practice. I’ll be coming back for more. Thanks for your treatment doctors."

"Beware. All they want is the money. My husband went here with specific symptoms that should have been obvious to a chiropractor. I feel he avoided diagnosing the real problem in order to get us to pay 3,000 out of pocket for care. The treatment helped some but the real problem was never addressed until we finally found a doctor that diagnosed a compressed spinal cord. They also never responded to multiple questions about submitting bills to insurance. They never submitted any of them. Do not recommend. He had Medicare and it covers chiropractic care. We signed a 3,000 contract. Yes we are going to use all 36 appointments. From what I found out his problem was obvious and we should have been told. His main complaint was hand numbness. You treated and yes helped the lower back only. This has nothing to do with his hand numbness and you never expressed that. I’ve read other reviews. It seems you avoid insurance companies and go after the cash. Rebuttable to your comments. I also got evaluated and was asked for a large sum but my Medicare gave me a discount. I had lost trust so I went somewhere else. The diagnosis was way different. They treated and helped me with very little out of pocket. Insurance paid almost all. He was mid diagnosed by you. He had a severcompressed spine in his neck, severe stinosis in lower back with a large cyst and his hip ball is out of place. None of which your adjustments would have helped. He needed a surgeon. From what we understand the symptoms were obvious and he should not have had adjustments that could have made his issues worse and delayed care"

"I absolutely could not recommend a better place to go for your snappin! I started treatments few months ago and I was dreading going to work every day because of my back and neck pain. Skip forward to now, I'm jumping out of bed every morning and work has been 10x easier for me. Dr. Levy and Dr. Bergin are funny, knowledgeable and all around great people just doing what they love. The staff is always polite and cool to talk to as well. Clean, relaxing environment with every visit. I'd give them 6 stars if I could."

"I don't normally post reviews, but felt like I needed to for this office. I can't give less than one star or I would. I feel like this office is just out for money. I called and made an appointment and was charged to just make the appointment (fine I get people no-show) and I told the lady how much pain I was in when making the appointment. I drive almost 45 mins to the appointment and start completing their paperwork. After paying another 45 the receptionist starts asking me about my next appointment which I schedule for the following week. I am thinking ok she is scheduling my follow up already. I go do my xrays come back and sit down. The receptionist looks at me and says are you waiting on someone to pick you up? I am like no I am waiting to be seen. She says oh didn't I tell you yesterday the first appointment is just for xrays. I was dumbfounded. No she did not tell me that or I would not have driven 45 minutes in pain not to be seen. I understand the need for xrays but this type of information should be clearly communicated to new patients. Feels like I was entering a money pit especially after she mentioned I might need to bring whoever is in charge of finances to the next appointment. I immediately canceled my appointment for the following week and will not be going back. Just wanted to warn others of their practice."
