ER at Sun City Center

"Most the staff was friendly and wait time wasn’t bad. I came to the ER because I was experiencing severe pain from a kidney stone. A urologist couldn’t get me in for weeks and i had been experiencing 10/10 pain for weeks as it was. I knew it was a kidney stone because I had an ultrasound a couple weeks prior. I had those records readily available with me, so I don’t see why i needed to have a CT scan done as well. Probably so you guys could charge me / my health insurance a hefty bill. I was severely disappointed when Dr. Samuel told me I could just go home to pass the 1.5cm kidney stone on my own. I’m not a doctor, but even I know that’s not possible. Prescribed me a glorified ibuprofen that only dulled the pain and sent me on my way. Dismissive about concerns, No compassion, why join the healthcare field if you do not CARE at all."

"We were greeted immediately upon entering the facility. After a very short wait we were taken back to a room and seen by a nurse. Tina was very efficient and after taking the vitals, she informed the doctor of my situation. The doctor was very clear and understanding what he needed to have done, which was x-rays and a CAT scan. The technician was very thorough and very calming. I was escorted back to my room, and the nurse, Margaret, then proceeded to tell me what they wanted to do. The doctor, Dr. Nsar, then came in and told me what had happened. He was very thorough and his explanation of treatment method was given to me in very simple terms. The overall treatment of me and my injury could not have been handled any better anywhere else!"

"This Nurse that greeted me at the door and took me back. She was very kind and patient with me. I appreciate that a lot. She also was very nice to my 6 year old daughter. Medical jobs are for people like her. When I get her name I'll come back to mention it. God bless her."

"WONDERFUL CARE! I took my 86 year old mother there on Christmas Eve! They were very busy but truly I never could have asked for better care! Justin, Taylor, Chris Ann and Dr. Samuel could not have been any more kind or diligent! I HIGHLY recommend them!!"

"My visit today was amazing. Although I had concerns with symptoms and wasn’t feeling well the people I encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. From being greeted upon entry and within 5 minutes being assisted by the clinical team was impressive. Kirby, Margaret and Dr Nasr exceeded my expectations. I was well informed of all test and outcomes of those test. I also had all of my questions and concerns answered and received detailed documentation of my test and outcomes to share with my primary care physician. The facility was amazingly beautiful clean lots of technology no waiting around. I was able to get a clean bill of health and a prescription for anxiety and go on about my day shopping for Christmas, I would recommend the ER at Sun City Center to everyone in the area. I live in Ruskin and will definitely visit again if needed that team was amazing and deserves some recognition. Thanks"
