"I am new to the community and was looking for affordable healthcare facility. My visit today was amazing starting with the front office women. I actually came in a bad mood, and left with a smile on my face. The lady at the first window was very welcoming, and eager to help. The young lady at the last window, put a smile on my face as well she was very bubbly. I was seen by a new registered practitioner she answered all my questions, and took the time to listen. I gave them five star review. If I had anything negative to say it might be the wait time to be seen, but then again, I came in as a walk-in new patient today."

I knew I wanted a female doctor, knew I needed lab work, and knew I would eventually need my feet looked at. This clinic checks everything off the list. (they have other services, but I don't need them at the present time). I do agree with some of the comments in regards of the front staff. They are triage and the face of your facility. These people should be welcoming, understanding, compassionate, and able to answer questions directed at them. You have no idea what the patient's are going through when they come to the window. Takes zero dollars to be polite. The facility is BEAUTIFUL. Adequate parking and seating. The labs technicians - I wish I had gotten their names. While I am a big girl, my veins are that of an infant....teeny-tiny. I explained to them that I normally have to have the kid IV with the butterfly on the end, and they obliged. I explained that my veins don't come out to play, but I have one in my left hand and right crease to the side. The technician found a vein, first try, put the IV in and I didn't even feel it. Honestly, the tourniquet was the worst experience while giving blood. 5 stars to these young women. Dr. Angela. Beautiful human. I felt so at ease with her. She just let me talk and she came up with solutions and we did it together. The fact that she listened is more than I can say for other physicians I've seen. I can't wait to see her again and hope to have the same experience. She's a blessing to patient's who have reached the end of the rope with being medical mystery's. Thank you Dr. Angela, you really made my day. Based on my experience, I would recommend this facility to just about anyone."

"Front desk lady with black hair, skinny with glasses in her mid 50s and Mexican was not willing to help when all I had was a question. Kept saying no nurse can see me because they were in a meeting on July 19 when I’m pretty sure she could’ve answered my question. All she said was come back tomorrow when they still had 2 and a half hours left till closing. She has a nasty attitude and people these days don’t even want to work anymore. She’s not even an actual nurse just the oldest lady working at the front desk. Don’t go to this clinic unless you are pregnant, because that’s the only people they seem to take. They need new front desk staff."
