"Location: Wimauma , inside Wal-Mart. Appointment scheduled. On went on a Friday, last hour of the day before closing. Only one other person. I chose this location over others because the reviews were a bit better and I saw a couple Pediatric reviews. I can honestly say that RENESHA and Alexis were great together. My son is 2years old and an ex-micro preemie so they had to take into his stats when withdrawing blood. I’ve been to labs with Peds, and every time there is a difficulty to find his veins, which I did expect. RENESHA did have to look but she did it faster and the process was quicker. And she was great working with him in general. She worked with what she had to distract him. If you have a young child, I would recommend going there with hopes of that RENESHA is present."

"I feel bad for the employees here who do a good job but I've had the misfortune of having the large husky bald caucasian male phlebotomist draw my blood here and do a terrible job; he blew the vein and caused a large bruise. I've also seem him work at the Quest in Sun City Center. This phlebotomist has total disregard for the patient health and safety and performs venipuncture totally outside the recommended procedures."

"Of all the quest oficce I have visited, I can say that this has been the best! Today I visited with my 7 year old son and the lady was very kind and friendly with my children and me! It is very easy to schedule an appointment (I recommend that you do it on their website) we only wait a short time. Thank you so much."

"They say they welcome Walk-ins but didn’t take us in for over two hours and had to eventually leave and book an appointment for a later date. Very rude phlebotomist, why do you say you would adjust us in between the appointments when after waiting for couple of hours you later change your statement saying “after all the appointment people have their blood drawn then it’s your number”. We would have left and not wasted our time if you had told it to use from the beginning (plus it was a fasting lab so hadn’t eaten anything from night before till 2 pm). I would give a -1/10 star rating as of 9/1/23."

"Great experience at this location compared to other businesses or locations of the same company. I may have gotten lucky, but the sweet lady that drew my blood did it so well I didn't even feel it. She was polite, friendly, and willing yo chat. Much better than the other quest locations I've been to in the past. Only downfall is small waiting room, but they were right on time for my appointment!!"
