"The staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy to communicate with. There is a bit of a wait after scheduled appointment time but it's always been reasonable. It's nice to be able to get labwork and imaging done at the same location, too."

"I recently had an appointment with Dr. Dany Sayid, and while the doctor was knowledgeable, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The appointment was scheduled for a specific time, but I waited for over 50 minutes before being seen after being asked to be there 10 minutes before the appointment. This delay was frustrating, making it challenging for me since I just had surgery on my right foot, and I can not prolong standing or seat. To make matters worse, this appointment was a rescheduled on their part due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was told that I couldn't reschedule for 90 days. I understand the need for a cancellation policy, but waiting that long for a new appointment seems excessive, especially when it was not my fault for canceling. Lastly, I found that the front desk personnel lacked customer service skills, especially when communicating with elderly patients. They could benefit from some customer service training to improve their communication skills. Also, I will like to praise Cathy for her assistance and professional behavior. While Dr. Dany Sayid was knowledgeable, I was disappointed with the scheduling process and the lack of customer service skills demonstrated by the front desk personnel. I hope that the office considers these concerns since they are usual in every appointment that I had here. Hopefully this would help to provide a better experience for their patients"

"I want to say Thank you to Dr Lamielle for all his Knowledge, Professionalism and compassionate while caring for me That's hard to get all in one but he is all. I would just recommend an improvement on the referral system and your site says 2 days for a response when it is taking 4 plus days. Staff is so pleasant. All your hard work is so appreciated."

"What is the point of the my chart account when you pay absolutely no attention to it. I sent for a referral on April 21st for a May 5 appointment. So I sent a second message on the 27th. No reply. Finally called the referral line and they say use my chart. What a joke. I finally call office on 3rd and they say the referral is at their office. Tell me I need to come pick it up, not everyone can just go pick them up. Why not just automatically fax it to the doctor your getting referral for."
