"My appointment was on time. The medical assistants were pleasant and thorough. However, after they were finished I sat over 25 minutes waiting for the doctor. I finally went in the hall to ask if I had been forgotten. Someone went to check on the doctor. Within a few more minutes he came to see me. While all my vitals were checked, my bloodwork reviewed I felt the consultation was pretty impersonal. The majority of the session was spent with Dr. Lester going over information on the computer screen."

I asked to see the office manager to pass on information re. a person at the admissions counter that had assisted me getting something that I need in a hurry for another doctor. Office personal get the things done that allows Dr Lester to do what he does…Be a doctor! Great place to go for a pressure free, caring and considerate doctors visit. Great Dr! Great staff!."

"Dr. Lester has been my physician for almost 10 years. He listens, and recommends appropriate treatment. Staff pleasant, care is comprehensive, and he takes his time. Gets back to you in an appropriate manner. New office, and Covid restrictions maintained. Only complaint is sometimes hard to get sick call appointment, but that is getting better. He is doing telemed, which has helped."

"Was greated at the front door and put thru the COVID-19 routine in a very professional manner. The person doing the pre-visit information was not familiar with the TGH computer system and had to get assisstance from other personnel on several occassions . The machine for taking blood pressure would not work accurately and had be tried several times. Dr Lester was very good at getting to the heart of the exam and fereting out the essential information. Dr Lester does a good job. The trainee that capture the pre-visit information needed help."
