"An older lady answered my call( she sounded older) I politely told her that my cat was getting care there years ago and referred me where I can go to have my cat declawed (I have leather furniture), so I asked what place that I went to because i forgot, so her answer was, " I'm not referring you anywhere beause I don't believe in that".)
