CVS Pharmacy

"The pharmacy counter for pick up and drop off is always filthy. I asked the pharmacist does anyone clean at night. He responded no. I asked if anyone from the pharmacy took the initiative to clean it and he said no. In the past, I took one of my Clorox wipes and attempted to clean it myself. I'm scared to see what the area looks like where the medication is being dispensed. This should be an immediate fix."

"This specific store 7790 blanding boulevard Jacksonville Florida 32244 needs new pharmacy staff because everyone back there is disrespectful and not helpful. I had a time getting my medicine this morning. From the rude comments to the snarky remarks to the sarcasm and you try your hardest to be professional in situations like this. But it's hard to let somebody talk to you crazy. The entire staff was rude this morning then we went back in there for a receipt reprint because I never received one or was offered one and they told me I had to go to the front store to get my reprint when I clearly know that I can get my receipt reprint from back there because my daughter worked there. I do not appreciate being lied to! And on top of that I stood back there and no one offered to help me until I made the comment that I needed a receipt reprint, but they seen I was standing there."

"The pharmacy really does their best, they are BUSY but effective and they always have my scripts ready and available. There is a line but what do people expect they are just human and can only do so much and with their best efforts in my opinion they do a great JOB! Love the pharmacy and the store."

"Worst store EVER! I have a disabled child on multiple medications and we have an issue every time we come here. They have not given us the full prescription on two occasions. The blue haired female in the pharmacy has the worst attitude of anyone I've ever met. She slams things, yells at customers, tosses Bags at people. Lucky she is in a store because she would not get away with treating people like that out of her comfort zone. She has yelled at myself, my husband and my 80 year old father all on separate occasions. I spoke to the manager after she slammed the drive thru phone down on me and he did nothing to apologize for her behavior until my husband had to remind him that he was yelling at a female just wanting her prescription. I had driven all the way there for my daughters medicine that the automated service said was ready. I got there, they gave me the bag and when I drove home realized they never gave 2 prescriptions I specifically asked for. So I go back and got called a liar. When I showed them the proof that my entire order was ready hours ago they then said it wasn't their problem and took 20 minutes after the unprofessional blue haired woman threw her toddler like tantrum. The manager eventually said sorry but that place is a disgrace. They don't help people, they are inconvenienced by them. Pick a different spot this one isn't worth the aggravation."
