"Pharmacist stopped patient from receiving miSOPROStoL claiming it had been banned when it had not. Can’t believe this needs to be said - CVS, Your pharmacist shouldn’t be refusing to give patients their prescription based on the pharmacists’ feelings and biases."
"Make sure you hire pharmacist who know actual drugs, prescriptions & the laws that go with them. A pharmacist did not allow a patient miSOPROStoL claiming it had been banned. Not only is that not the drug that was in the federal case, but the one they thought it was isn’t banned at all."
"April 19, 2021, called this store to check if prescription done. Was on phone for 45 minutes. Went to store, while still on phone, and waited an additional 20 minutes to receive meds, and phone was still not answered. Please pharmacist and 4 pharmacy technicians. Asked why no answer... and got a, well we are busy. Really? Corporate needs to re-think."
"I have not been treated like cattle in a loooong time! Until I came to this location of CVS. Was scheduled for a Covid-19 vaccine, and was told to come 15 minutes before. Done. But after staying in line without anyone looking at us for about 20-25 minutes, the appointment time already a couple of minutes past, I asked if there is a problem. My mistake. No explanation was forthcoming, with contempt I was told to go back in line. I went. After another 25 minutes without any sign of anything happening I decided I will not allow someone who shows contempt to the patients to stick a needle in me, so I left. There were probably 12 to 15 people in line at that moment, in a busy store where not everyone was wearing any mask, and some of the ones who were wearing it had the nose out of the mask. It is not so much the delay, things happen, vaccine may not have arrived, the nurse might be delayed, had car trouble, who knows. It is mostly the way the pharmacist and the staff treated me; as I said, like cattle. I am not sure if all locations of CVS are the same, but this one needs to be avoided. I certainly will."
"If I could give zero. I would. I've never had a bad experience with my pharmacy, until now. I switched the location of my pharmacy to accommodate my new route. I've had the same medication and the same insurance for quite sometime and I've never paid more than $60 for my medication. I use the Good RX coupons and even the CVS savings because like everyone else I pay too much for my health insurance and would like a decent price per my printed coupon. I've tried two times to obtain my medication now and have yet to get anywhere but "wait until Monday-Tuesday". I work two jobs so I go to this CVS with the intention I will be receiving the price I always pay and receive the kind customer service I almost always receive.... Not here. Mind you, I am a very reasonable person but I refuse to be toyed by someone that's suppose to be doing their job correctly and doing their due diligence for their patients / customers. At first I was having issues with the medication given by the technician. Then I was told there were two generics and I understood, I was in the wrong and that's perfectly fine with me. I went in the next day. A coupon, for the different medication they processed for me the day before. The male pharmacist "applied" the coupon and stated the medication was $160....A HUNDRED AND SIXTY. a hundred more dollars than what I would usually pay. Absurd. So this morning... being the diligent person I am. I call my regular CVS to confirm his pricing. She was shocked the pharmacist was trying to upcharge $100 more dollars than what was on the system when applying the coupon. She stated how crazy it was that he wouldn't even look into my profile to clearly see what I usually would pay...I said the same. When she applied the coupon to my prescription she confirmed that the most I should be paying is $60 so you could definitely assume right now I am beyond PO'd because someone who has a college degree and should be caring about his customers/patients doesn't have enough patience to simply apply a coupon correctly. If you wish to pay extra for your medication GO HERE I'm sure they'll gladly take your money and make you seem like you're in the wrong. If you want the price on your medication to be honored, go elsewhere where they know what they're doing. Thank God I won't be using this pharmacy anymore..."
