"Picked up prescription this afternoon, when my wife called to let pharmacy know it is expired medicine, none of the telephone prompts work. Can only go to Dr call in line. Left message. Called 4 times.. hung up on once transferred to Dr. line 3 times! I tell the recording why I’m calling.. to see if the expired meds are okay to take. Very poor service."
"I am right now at the Drive Thru of this CVS location. I see 4 people working, no customers on the inside that I can see, after 8 minutes somebody told me: I’ll be right with you….and after another 7 minutes someone a very nice and beautiful woman came up to the window and gave me the prescription. I think this service will need to be more efficient and faster. I go very often to this CVS location and most the employees are very nice but with the drive-thru they need a better attention to the customers."
"Today I was assisted by Evelyn and she was fantastic. A breath of fresh air! I had to make some prints for a funeral and she jumped in to assist me when I couldnt think straight. Truly helpful, personable and caring. I will definitely return to shop at this store because of her! I hope you know what a great employee she is!"
