"Are used to go to the store 15 years ago when my insurance allowed it. At that time it was friendly and helpful. Things have changed. Very disappointing. Looking for a different CVS. This is not how I want to be treated. I should say there is one very friendly person in the pharmacy and that's because she's from the Midwest"

"Scheduled my covid test here being presumably positive. Nowhere do they state requirements to have a car in the drive thru to test. Get turned away after waiting days for my appt and walking weakly from nearby where I'm staying with no rental car. From out of town and now completely out of luck. Hope they all catch covid and deal with the BS they are putting me through. 0/5 stars."

"Have gone in to pick up prescription that Dr called in 2 days ago three times now. Stopped again yesterday and was told it would be ready this morning. Now telling me by noon today. In pain and still have infection with no medication. Not happy. Usually patient but this is ridiculous."

"This pharmacy has become the worst if you need to fill your prescription your gonna have to wait 6-8 hours even though they tell you 1 - 2 hours! Last night dropped of at 6 PM and was told it would be ready at 11 am next day, arrived at 12:30 pm next day I was told I just dropped it off and it would be 1-2 hours again which really means 6-7 hours. This is not just been one occurrence last 4-5 drop offs have been bad and last night will be my last The staff has also become very unpleasant to deal with so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else"

"I purchased 2 $50 gift cards for Macy's at CVS. The cashier in the store failed to properly load the card. I have the receipt and the card. Macy's says the card was never loaded. I'm out $50. CVS acknowledges the purchase ,but says go argue with Macy's. I'm in the process of transferring all of my prescription business to Walgreens. All companies make mistakes. You can judge the good companies by what they do to correct their mistakes. CVS clearly doesn't care to do what is right."
