"Everyone is so rude and unprofessional. Lady at the front is The type that oozes “I hate my job but I have no option” attitude. When working with children this is the LAST thing you need. My child has a vaccine exemption and one of the doctors tried to guilt trip me into having him fully vaccinated. Whatever. DR Granados has a very condescending way of talking to the kids. The last straw for me was when my child noticeably gained weight and instead of talking to us about it in a way to solve the issue, she came in to the room telling my son how fat he was, that he looks horrible and needs to lose weight. What a miserable lady she must be to be talking to children like that. Terrible service, nonexistent professionalism, and they won’t even give you a note for school if your child has been sick all week if your child wasn’t seen since the day the condition started. Never again going back here."
