"Beware do not send money before you book. I reserved an appointment, showed up on time, and Jordan was not there. I text, and she stated she had a family emergency. Ok, I appointment was at 10 am, so at what point did you realize you were not going to make it? She did not contact me. I'm sitting waiting, and then I contact her, so if I didn't text you, how long would I have sat? Then you won't refund my 20 dollar booking fee! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"Jordan was very rude and disrespectful. Upon arriving to my appointment I which she provided 10 mom grace period before you are considered late. I arrived slightly 5 minutes after my 10:30am appointment, proceeded to text and attempt to call her to be sure I was at the right place..who knew she’d be working behind a barbershop..as this was confusing to me. After asking the barber if this is where I come for facials she said yes and Jordan said she’ll be out to get you. Soon after the back door slams and I receive a text in which my deposit was refunded with no explanation on why. If I had to say she’s very rude and unprofessional. She’s even shown up late to one of my fellow co workers appointment LATE. I WILL NEVWE ATTEMPT TO BOOK AGAIN!"
