"Last time I was in for my BP meds they were not ready, they discovered I had a new rx that called for 2 pills a day not one. The pharmacist was super nice and took care of it and got me my meds. Or that's what I thought till this time I was out and they did not have it ready and I again explained I was taking 2 pills not one figured as before it would be easy resolve. Instead the lady in the back started blaming me for the problem because I had two Dr's prescriptions and did not tell them one should have been cancelled. This were all things I had discussed the previous time and they did not fix it in the computer and next thing I know all 3 people behind the counter are blaming me of this error in front of a bunch of customers. It was humiliating as it was not my fault and I had no idea it was not fixed the pervious time but they all ganged up on me so unprofessional. I am going to see what I need to do to move to a different pharmacy that is not CVS"

I tried to book an appointment and the website said there were no available appointments but the person in front of me got a test. . Can't call to make an appointment. Has to be online. No wonder people are dying, they can't get tested!"
