"I had an 9:30am initial appointment with Dr. Brooks. He had been recommended by my medical professional daughter and son-in-law from a list of providers I got from my insurance carrier. When I arrived, at 9:28, I went to the reception desk to check in. The girl informed me that "Dr Brooks has not arrived yet" and added, "and he hasn't called yet either". I took the paperwork and had a seat. Upon completion, I brought the paperwork to the front desk and asked if the Dr had arrived yet. The staff member said no. I asked if he ever did this before and she said he had. She made it sound like it was a rare occurrence. Because I was referred to him by my favorite Dr. I decided to wait. I sat down near another patient who was there prior to my arrival. She made a comment, which led me to believe he had the same experience before. She said "yes". I immediately asked the office staff person for the information I had given her back. She did, and apologized for the inconvenience. I told she had nothing to apologize for. I asked her to tell the "Dr" I would be expecting the apology from him. If I could rate this experience lower than 1 star I surely would. My rating would be 5 BLACK HOLES!"

"Dr Brooks and his associates gave our son his foot back after 5 years of after stroke recovery by fixing his curled up toes on his left foot thankyou all for being so nice and friendly"

"I need a podiatrist , and I called Dr Brook 1 appt he canceled, 2 appt he canceled, 3 appt the office canceled due to NO ELECTRICITY! What an insult. PT at WFH couldn’t believe it. .But of course they never heard of him!"

"If I could give it a negative I would! 8 different appointments cancelled by them! One of which I was sitting in the office! Rude staff!!!! I feel they are stressed and unhappy because of the way Dr Brooks conducts his business! But no reason to take it out on the patient! After all his treatment, I still had problems and found a different podiatrist. He is wonderful and actually gave me a different diagnosis. Please Do NOT go to Dr Brooks-research alternatives!!!! I can’t imagine a Dr of any sort running business this way! Do not know how he stays open!"

"I would have given zero ⭐ if I could. I had driven two hours to take my friend here for surgery and I've heard of botched surgery but never really experienced it myself until I took my friend and I experienced it through my friend damn the stitches in the feet was not deep enough under the skin and broke right after the surgery and he was bleeding out all over the place they were closed no one answered the after call hours we were stuck for 2 hours in Pensacola trying to call when returning the nurse was rude and was mean mugging me and was rude to my friend who I had took there because we arrived an hour early horrible job on bandaging the foot and they left out places of the skin to fold out it's like taking your your car to the garage and end up leaving with more problems so that they can fix more problems to make more money this is a money bracket this is not a selfless carrying doctor who cares about his patients he's never in the staff is rude and the surgery was horrible I will never bring my friend back here again. Know who I don't know who cares for the the elderly this way but something needs to be done about it this is senseless it is pointless and it is abusive to people's it is abuse to your power of privileged to have your license and is abuse to hard-working people's money definitely making a report to the head of boards and to the insurance company you can guarantee that"
