She drags people along, tells them what they want to hear, and in the end does nothing. It was always something in her life for an excuse and in 3 years with all the documentation I gave she did not produce any documents for me to provide to the courts or her ability to testify either."

She was formerly a contracted evaluator for the 15th circuit Court of Palm Beach, but due to her work ethics she no longer is. Not even Her beloved Judge Coates could save her from herself. Her first responder ex-husband had to resort to selling plasma to pay his bills because of the fact that Dr. Tolbert claimed that she earned a mere $800 during her own divorce. Yes, $800 a month as a forensic psychologist. Hire her after reading that public record and you should get what you deserve... Absolute dishonesty."

"I was ordered to reunify with my children in 2012 after the Father failed to comply to a previous order. Tolbert was ordered not to do an Evaluation but supervise visitations. not one time did I ever see my children even though I won the court order. These types of therapist are destroying the American family. Cases Like Miami Innnocents a report by the Miami Herald is the type of therapy she provides. laurel Sauer of Action 5 News also provides a News feel about how it’s Common Knowledge that due to overwhelming case loads these people lye on reports. I am sad to say a woman can’t be honest with herself who is a trained psychologist and admit she tried to back up and hit me with her car as I stood behind my vehicle. I went from a woman with professional liscensed to a convicted felon after the state ordered me to see this woman. I had no idea how much becoming a felon would cause so much problems. I am currently unable to rent a apartment from most major corporations because of this woman’s inability to come forward and be honest about backing up as I was standing behind her car. As this is Google and a public forum and I was only mandated to go to her by the government in a judicial order. I feel it is my civic duty to remind anyone seeking counsel with a person that would in fact due to her own tumultuous divorce lye to hurt another person. As people say accept responsibility for your actions. I did nothing wrong in trying to deliver her court documents and I am deeply saddened by her inability to tell the truth and actually trained herself to lie under oath. Now she could come forward and tell the truth about that day but some people are incapable of telling the truth about where I was standing after I got back out of my car and she said I ran back at her in her deposition but told a different story on the stand. I am proud of the years I did everything legally possible to obtain custody of my Children written in a letter by the States Domestic Violence Counsilor almost one year before my conviction. I was convicted of this crime after almost four years of the first failed supervised visitation where the Father did not comply with the order to have my children in my custody before the Holidays. The long term effects of the sickness that she portrayed in my case is awful and because of that conviction I was later stalked and beaten and attacked by a K-9 unit. Her actions started years of my inability to recover emotionally damaged from the state hiring a incompetent person to review and reunify. I hope one day I find peace from this tragedy that has cost me thousand of dollars in therapeutic and legal services no I don’t care I was found guilty but the person that struck at my body first was her with her car."
