"It's Oct. 14 and I got a harness w/ bow back in April. It has worked perfectly. Because my dog is tall and thin for her weight, other harnesses rubbed her "armpits" and caused real problems. When I explained this to Stacy and sent a short video of my dog, she modified my order to be custom and sent me a harness w/ bow that fit perfectly. I have absolutely no worries that it will cause problems for my dog; and it hasn't! My dog is female, so I got a pink harness with a pink cupcake bow, and it is adorable. It gets a lot of admiring comments. And it's sturdy. She is a strong dog with a hyperactive prey instinct, and she's broken two heavy-duty expandable leashes since I got the harness, and yet the harness shows no signs of wear & tear. And I've only had to readjust it once! I'm just some random guy, and Stacy's customer service has been exemplary. She is on the ball, responsive to messages, and makes a great product. I'm confident that if there had been any deficiency in the harness, she would have made a good-faith effort to solve the problem. (If you're not happy with her customer service, then you're probably a Karen who needs therapy.) I cannot recommend LuLu's Collars highly enough. I haven't checked prices, but I think she's competitive with big-box retailers, and even if hers are higher, it's not by much, and certainly not for the quality of product she delivers. Should I want another harness or collar, LuLu's Collars will be where I shop, without a doubt. I could not be happier with my purchase. (p.s. I don't know how Google deals with paragraph breaks, so my apologies if this is one big block of text.)"
