Time to look into a different options, as this office lack on communication which this should be a priority at this type of practice."

"I gave a start bc it would not let me do a review. Otherwise, I would not give any star at all. Wow!!! what a disrespectful answering service/ secretary or who ever she was. I was trying to set up an appt. I have never seen a counselor/psychologist for that matter, but I was looking for one and as I was trying to explain my situation... she did not care. All she wanted to do is give me a number of another facility without even listening to me. Poor social and ethical skills. I did not have the chance to see how good or bad was the doctor... but if anyone was looking for help... and was planning to commit suicide... this women who answers the phone would have been the reason a patient could make the final decision. People need to understand that if you dont loke your job and you are misserable, dont take your anger on others. Learn how to treat people better. Dr. Alex and Adam with all respect... your receptionist makes your office unwelcome and unpleasant."

"Every now and then if we are lucky, we will have the opportunity to find a professional who with compassion, trust, expertise and commitment help us find our way out of tragedy, loss, abandonment and the like. I was one of the lucky ones to have found Alex Iglesias PHD. I have known him for 26 years and can proudly call him a friend also. If you are willing to do the work, be honest with yourself and him, and want to feel better, be better he will help you find a way. If there were 10 stars I would give him 10. I would recommend him to anyone, from friend to stranger, that is how much respect I have for him. When I look at reviews I would always throw out the best and of course the worst but do yourself a favor, please do not discard this review, it comes from the heart and from experience. "My 4 yr old son needed a consultation due to after a car accident and the attorney found these Doctor Iglesias as a last resourse to take the case because it was only with a letter of an attorney not through an insurance directly but a lawsuit case. Since we missed the appointment and called after the time agree to be seen, the office manager stated she would have the doctor call me back, the doctor didn't call back until 3 days after and not until after he heard my message when I called again on the 2nd day of no response. Dr. Iglesias stated he was not going to take my son's case for not having in consideration to call with time in advance and advise of not been able to attend the appointment, as I explain that I had a personal matter as the reason why we didn't show up, I even asked why would he not the case for that reason? And his response was just that on his line of work that was not appreaciated and he was able to choose who to work with or not. I understand the dissappoinment from the doctor's point of view towards the client of not calling to reschedule before time but we were just going for a consult not even for treatment and from the client's point of view I think he exaggerated because any other doctor will just reschedule and get it over it but instead he just refused to see us period without even knowing or inquire about why we didn't go in the first place. I think these doctor is right about choosing its clients but there is ways of communicating things like that. To these doctor's attention and to be considered: People: patients have lifes and things happen unexpectedly and sometimes things don't go as planned, I was kind to call the same day to reschedule, the next day again and left a message and even apologize but all I got in return was a turn down and a rude and inhumane doctor. Glad my family didn't have to end up working with such "professional"."
