She addressed it immediately, ordered the tests to confirm it, and shortly after, treatment began. That was over 2 years ago, and I'm feeling a lot better because of her care. The woman knows what she's talking about; very skilled!"

You can tell when someone is genuinely sincere and very passionate about their work. She takes her time to listen to me as I do the same for her. "STOP!!!!! Please don’t waste your time going to this practice. Before I moved to Pensacola almost 2 months ago, I knew I needed to get a new patient doctors appointment. Because of moving in the past, I knew I better call soon to able to establish myself in a new facility. I called in early March and the appointment was scheduled for late May. I filled out the numerous forms and was a little early for my appointment. The receptionist looked puzzled. I then found out the DOCTOR was OUT of the OFFICE for the whole WEEK!!!!! I thought they would work me in since the office was at FAULT for not letting me know about Doctor Beals being out of the office. Well, NO!!! I was not worked in, in fact, I was told I would have to wait until JULY!!!!!!!!! However, I could get in with another doctors Nurse Practitioner. Before, I see a doctor, I do research to make sure they would be a good fit for me. So, I said I would have to call back. HOLD ON!!!!! You won’t BELIEVE this. I called back this morning. This was three days after my original appointment. NOW I was told. They aren’t taking any new patients. WHAT??? That’s correct, the receptionist said. NO NEW PATIENTS. That’s my reason for saying DON’T WASTE your TIME!! In my many years I have never been treated so RUDE. They were at Fault. They did nothing to help me get in. I had to wait until another appointment was available. I have many health issues. I had planned ahead to make sure I would get in before I was out of my medication. To say they are a caring facility is False. I could go on ranting about this situation, but hopefully you will find another facility where they are more professional and care about their patients."

"UPDATE- since my review, Dr Beals retaliated with this letter (photo attached) a month later. They didn’t even spell her name correctly (Robert vs Roberta lol) and didn’t sign in the designated signature space. Just another example of how sloppy this office is run and how she could not even be bothered to handle patient care professionally. - - - This doctor is never available for her patients. My first appointment to establish care, she changed my appointment to virtual and saw me for 10 minutes. I’m a cancer patient with a ton of medical complications. You would think an actual in person preliminary baseline exam would be important, right? Every time I call, whether it’s for a UTI, Pink eye, any illness, they are never available to see me. She denied a refill of a prescription that I need because I haven’t been seen. Whose fault is that?! She’s willing to let me withdraw from my medications without a word. I’m mind blown that she would treat a cancer patient like this. Alexis, her nurse, was extremely rude on the phone. Will be switching providers. And another thing - they never return calls when you leave a voicemail. They can ignore you until you’re finally through and say “well you should have made an appointment” Guess I will have fun withdrawing from my meds since this doctor doesn’t care."
